All Tuesday meetings start at 7:45pm prompt at the YMCA, Church Street, Tewkesbury, Glos. (Unless otherwise stated)
A small attendance fee of £2 for non members and £1 to members is charged at our weekly meetings. During the summer, we hire a minibus for some trips, attendance fee on those evenings varies depending on how many people go. NON MEMBERS are welcome to any of our evenings/outings Tues 14th May – visit to Stoke Edith by minibus from the YMCA – Depart 6:15pm Tues 21st May - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm NOW CANCELLED Tues 28th May – visit to a mystery railway location near Swindon, Depart YMCA @ 6pm by cars (volunteers to drive if required) Sun 2nd June - running afternoon @ CGR Woodmancote – 2pm weather permitting Sat 8th June – Signalbox visit by minibus from the YMCA – Depart at 11am Tues 11th June - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm Tues 18th June – Treasure Hunt meet in the Abbey car park 7pm Tues 25th June - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm Sat 6th July - Signalbox visit by minibus from the YMCA – Depart at 11am Sun 7th July - running afternoon @ CGR Woodmancote – 2pm weather permitting Tues 9th July - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm Sun 21st July – Cheltenham Soc of model engineers open day, Hatherley. Tues 23rd July – visit to Avon Vale miniature railway by minibus from the YMCA. Depart 6pm. Tues 30th July - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm Sun 4th Aug - running afternoon @ CGR Woodmancote – 2pm weather permitting Tues 6th Aug - volunteer working party meet at Toddington 7pm>9pm Sat 10th Aug – visit to Hook Norton brewery by bus – various pick up points by coach. Timings TBA – Bookings to Chris Smith.
